Hello everyone! I just wanted to reach out and give you all a heads up about the new Quill & Blade update schedule. Next week I'll be going to a Secrets for one update and Three of Diamonds for the other. Three of Diamonds has been painstakingly woven into the Secrets timeline as well as into Crystal's Wishes and TBA Velvet story.
Crystal will continue updating Crystal's Wishes twice a week until that story is caught up to Secrets of a Royal Guard. We don't imagine that will take too terribly long. Once that happens we expect to see a whole lot more excitement! Plus she'll be launching Velvet's story.
Three of Diamonds, unlike Three of Hearts, is a far bigger part of the main stories. If you weren't really into ToH you don't have to read ToD but you will see things from the main cast there that don't appear in the main story. I recommend checking it out. Plus Azurite!
Expect to see Three of Diamonds launch on Monday. See you all then!
Poor Azurite, maybe if enough people read your story you will grow a few sizes.

3334869 Quill & Blade is the alternate universe that all of my and Crystal Wishes's stories are set in. That includes Memoirs of a Royal Guard, Secrets of a Royal Guard, Crystal's Wishes, Three of Hearts, Three of Diamonds, Horsey's Ponyville Adventures, Lovey Dovey and the Business Pony.
TBA is To be announced. Crystal will be announcing a Velvet Step focused story soon™.

Whoa a prequel about best little pony. I got to say I am loving how much both of you are doing to flesh out the setting. The way it is slowly branching out to encompass more ponies to give an expanded view is great and one of the main things that makes me sad when it is missing after reading a great standalone.
Also gosh darn it. Apparently Tuesdays update set the innuendo switch to on and broke if off. Repairs were almost complete before I got to the comments section here.

Can't wait (though I haven't been able to read the Crystal Wishes or Secrets yet this week due to time constraints - though I plan to read them tomorrow if possible) as Velvet and Azurite may just be my two favorite ponies you and Crystal have created. It's always a joy to read about their antics (I think Sunny Days and Sunbeam may just be close behind those two). No offense to SK and CW, but there is just something about Velvet and Azurite (and Sunny Days and Sunbeam) that really just makes me enjoy their parts that much more (can't really put my finger on it - I think it's the humor they add to the stories?).
