MASSIVE CHANGE! SERIOUS BLOG! · 9:31pm Aug 17th, 2015
Alright, so last night when I was mentally exhausted, I was gazing about at my notes for Baen...and a thought occurred. The worst way for a story, nay, a character to fall flat is for his or her story to drag on for to long. I learned that the hard way with the Martin series. So I have decided instead of a trilogy, I'm going to make the Main Baen stories a Duology instead of a Trilogy. This means as of now, I'm going to unsubmit Baen The Barbarian, and have it undergo a MASSIVE rewrite. However, I will unsubmit it in a week of this blog, so next monday. It doesn't mean I'm canceling it, I am merely going to change it and revamp it slightly to make it better. This means there will be some subtractions as well as additions that you all might be happy with. If not, take it up with the Mrs.
She'll hear all of your complaints.
So It'll be taken down in a week for it's rewrite/revamp, and when it's resubmitted, I can start from scratch and have a much grander send off for our favorite barbarian!
Just wanted to give ya all a heads up, and I want to hear your thoughts on this move. Even if you have yet to read the story.
Please don't be late...
Don't unsubmit it! You'll have a fight on your hands to get it back up!
