Thoughts on G5 Movie and what it means

Personally, I REALLY liked it. It expanded on Equestria as a whole and just shows what'll happen in the future. Though there were times where I shook my head with a smirk at the antics, I think I'll like this new Series.

Also gave me random thoughts of a concept similar to Old Man Logan but with Baen. Just a thought of him actually outliving his friends due to the nature of his Old Magic giving him longevity and goes God of War 4 Kratos style in A New Generation's timeline. But he's mostly taken to the hermit style life, not really going into the public eye if he can help it. IF he were to join in on the Movie's event's, he'd be a LOT more chill and less....'Barbarian' like he was in his youth. Seeing his friends and family come and go humbled him to the point of non-interference. He'd still be built strong, but visible age, more pale rose red mane that's longer and he has a beard that matches. Hell he'd even take a false name in memory of his firstborn Daughter and his dearest friend 'Rose Sparkle'. Only one who would stick around would be Nibble's descendants.

Sunny: Wait a minute...you're Baen The Barbarian pony? FROM THE OLD LEGENDS!!? I have sooo many questions to ask you!
Izzy: But that must mean you're like...a BAJILLION years old.
Old Baen: *Glowers*
Izzy: Noooot that, that is a bad thing...you look good for an ancient warrior. You're sparkle is burning SUPER bright but calmly like a camp fire.
Sunny: Were you...there? I mean...with Twilight Sparkle and her friends like the stories say?
Old Baen: Oh I was. I saw the golden age come and go. Believe me, the time for heroes like me passed a long time ago, now comes the time of the movies and the pop-ponies with their social media.

Great...NOW I wanna do this when I finish the OG Baen stories.
