Horror upon horror! Friends I have some terrible news! The witch Sonombula, the old crone who drains mares youth away to keep herself eternally young, has set her sights our dear Applejack! For most mares this would not be a problem, as such age draining spells are easily reversible. But if Sonombula is able to drain away the last of the remaining chronal energy from A.J.'s body, the weight of a thousand years will come crashing down upon our silly pony all at once, and... and...

Paradise...ENOUGH! If that old witch finds me, I think I can fight her off like I did all the other bad folks I've tussled with, and if I can't... well, I've lived a really really long life Paradise, and maybe it's time this old mare face the music. There are so many ponies I haven't seen in so long... Big Mac, Apple Bloom, Granny, Twilight and the girls... my parents- their names, what were their names... I can't remember anymore. I can't remember anything about them anymore, or even remember anything about the others, besides their names. and I really want to remember. And I'm so tired Paradise... so very, very tired.....
