She's looking at you. Yes you. And she is judging you with her eyes. There is no escape.

    It's late

But my brain isn't quiet. I'm stoned out of my goddamn gourd. Don't worry, it is just my usual regimen of drugs. That's how I spent a lot of my time now. Wasted. Doesn't really help with the pain much, but makes it a bit more tolerable. All of my drugs cost over 5 grand a month. That's what it takes to keep me going. I'm in somewhat better shape because of all of it, and there's a few bright

    Cyborgification is potentially a-go

Finally found a doctor that didn't run screaming upon seeing my spine images and xrays. The team is coming together. Met with the neurosurgeon the other day, and he thinks I am an ideal candidate for augmentation. The transition is happening, I think. I still have to pass a psych evaluation and other steps, but I am closer now than ever. First I'll have the trial run; they'll sink electrodes into

I suppose it is time for an update

Been meaning to this, and I've become the King of Pro-Crasty Nation. I kept wanting to report, but there was nothing to report, no good news at all, so I just... didn't. Sorry. Went a bit silent on my end. It just sorta happened.

I finally got a lawyer willing to take up my case. After that, things started happening.

In preparation for the new chapter that is coming out very, very soon, (772) it might be helpful to go back and reread chapter 32. And maybe a few chapters beyond that, during the phase of Bucky's recovery. It will help things make sense and refresh your memory.

Everything old is new again!

Is that chapter the one where he fractures his horn keeping Dinky safe from the "Want it-Need it" spell?
...
*reads about how Bucky is being "rebuilt"*

So Bucky is going to be rebuilt again?

I am in literal disbelief as to why and how that story is so fucking long like how do you even find the time and dedication to sit down and plan something this fucking massive.

Diaries of a Madman took me about six weeks of reading 30,000-50,000 words of it a day to catch up, and that story is about 200,000 words shy of yours.

I knew rereading 1.7 million words would pay off!

Oh, about him being imprintable after a mental break? Hmm. Makes sense.

Oh shit I will never finish this thing only on chapter 40 smh

I did my homework, oh the nostalgia!

So, my understanding. After bucky's metal breakdown, he has a period of time that is perfect for him to accept various changes, because of Luna. This helped him change from the shy, neurotic unicorn he was to what he eventually is now.

Feeling shame, feeling guilt, Luna knew that she was responsible for this. She had used instinct as a tool. Almost a year ago, when Bucky had suffered his mental break and then had gone into his recovery, Luna had left him imprintable, almost foal like. To complete the bonding, Luna had gone deep into Derpy’s mind to tap into the grey mare’s strongest maternal instincts and then Luna had painstakingly established connection after connection, manipulating instincts and using them as an artist might use a paintbrush. She had crosswired maternal instincts, love, and affection all together into a tangled weave, creating a powerful shackle to bind that which was dangerous.

I don't get it...? Luna is sorry for making Derpy love Bucky too much?
I am a bit stupid.

Onwards! And pay attention to details, you'll get that satisfying "AHA!" Moment.
