There's a lot to be said about my first story. BUT this post WILL contain spoilers. so BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
It's a story about... oh what the hell I'm going to spoil it anyway and whoever is interested is interested.
It's a story about changeling elements of harmony, not the original ones, but a pair of elements of harmony made specifically for them. There's two more alicorns an ascended one who is the mother of Cadance and Chrysalis that sent them forward in time to escape corruption, and another her husband that was supposed to be the brother of the two sisters. Chrysalis and her changelings would pass 6 tests before they would be able to use them to defeat the recurring evil that comes with Chrysalis's mother who splits their souls in half to adequately prepare them through these struggles to face the final evil.
There would be zombie ponies, Sonic Firebooms, Armor actively replacing broken chittin, Chrysalis sacrificing herlself and getting ressurected and lots more. The problem is the representation of this Chrysalis I've kinda grown out of. I've long since created a Chrysalis in my mind that's far more "stronger" as a character and that is actually more mature. There's also the fact that I don't want to just create changeling mirrors of the mane 6 or continue among the line of stealing ideas from Baldur's Gate 2 ((the test room is practically copy pasted inspiration)).
Is it worth taking out hiatus? I'd need an editor real bad. Someone to offer me advice on how to direct the story without sounding cliche, immature, or falling into traps. It won't be an easy task... this was one my first and most grand projects... I really don't know. Whaddya think guys?
