The best part about these drawings is that I never even asked or commissioned for them. Genbu merely decided to draw them of his own volition, and then sent them to me. It's honestly one of the biggest things that have motivated me to keep going with the story, and I wanted to make sure that others could see them too instead of keeping them between him and myself.
Therefore, here are the couple drawings that he sent me of Artemis at different stages of maturity.
This next one was drawn relatively quickly and actually posted in a comment (that I can't seem to find now), and references a certain segment from the chapter "One does not simply walk out of pyramid fortresses."
Don't take it too seriously, as it was meant to be a joke.
Genbu called it "Happy Ending".
And of course, there is also the picture that appeared at the very end end of the chapter "One does not simply walk out of pyramid fortresses".

That last picture is creepy as hell.
These are all amazing photos from Genbu, you certainly deserve them. Heck I must've read through 'Changing Views,' at least four time by now.
The first picture is adorable. Its nice to see Artemis so young and with her foalhood innocence still intact Very fitting for how she has been portrayed in the story so far.
The second picture; is it just me or does the color of her hair ribbon match Daring Do's coat color? Also I thought, at first, Artemis was giving a slightly flirtatious glare. The more I look at it though it seems like her smile does not reach her eyes. She seems rather...tired. Considering the trials and hardships she will face growing up has probably colored my viewpoint.
The final picture, the 'Happy Ending,'...well... Don't get me wrong, it is a great piece of art. I applaud the work and effort that went into it, but I don't like the concept. I find it too creepy and depressing to enjoy. Daring Do's horrified expression just reeks of betrayal from someone she was beginning to love. It does not sit right with me, but that's my opinion.
Anyway, I look forward to the next chapter. Please don't take too long cause I really do want to see more of this growing conflict between Daring and Cadance. Plus, we have yet to see how Artemis will react to finally seeing Celestia or learning about the ultimate fate of Chrysalis and the rest of the changelings.

You really don't need to thank me i had so much fun drawing them after all, but i'm glad that you like them. Then of course i could be totally wrong with my pictures and she is looking totally different, like maybe she preffers a more tomboyish look? i don't know, and i guess that's the fun part about it
I can't wait till Artemis learns her changeling magic, not only can i draw her in disguise but i get the feeling that she may preffer male disguises and everyone will be really bewildered by that, that will be fun... but i'm digressing.

i imagine that the Artemis in the first picture is just a little bit older then the one in the story right now.
The second picture is more about me trying to see what a adult more feminine Artemis may look like, as such i made her smile a bit more neutral... i'm not really sure why. Darings coat color isn't green it's more like a sand color, she does however wear a green shirt ( in the last pictures it looks like she has a green coat because of the green semitransparent changeling pod )
The third one is interesting, it's about Artemis dreaming that when she finds her familie, they could pod daring so they could be together forever. It's both parts innocent cute but also totally creepy and terrorising and i drew it more as a joke then anything else. but that line really struck me, not only has Artemis some really creepy instincs but it's also interesting how she sees ponies. They are after all her food, she may like them and bond with them but they are still her food. For Daring that changes however after she rescued Artemis and i think their bond runs deeper now, but i makes me wonder if other ponies are somewhat interchangeable for Artemis.
