i think i could make a full edit of it in photoshop since it looks like it's just a few frames. I could easily change the mane, body and eye colors and remove the eyelashes, the problem is the mare shaped face.

Using a similar technique to what Easyglider did earlier, you could blend the two faces to make a sort of "in-between" state that resembles you more than it does RD. You'll have to use transparencies and blending tools to make it fit really well, but it's not an overly complicated process.

3139907 All I did was colour match. The reason it has two tones like that is because the original picture of Calm's face is darker in some spots; the shadow of his mane and whatnot. I didn't go into detail or anything, just wanted to fire something quick out because why not
