Good morning all!
For those of you who know, or don't know, there is a Tumblr called Sexty minute pony stories. This is today's prompt:
"Good morning, dear! I hope you’re well-rested, because your blushing bride is feeling a little… frisky.
This is a sixty minute writing prompt. You have sixty minutes in which to write your story, and you have twenty-four hours from the time of this posting in which to submit your story. Submissions close at 11:59PM PDT, 2:59PM EDT, and 7:59PM GMT. Make sure you read our rules as well as our post on consent before you start writing.

Now, if there's one thing I've noticed between the sexty minute clop and the 30 mins SFW tumblrs it is that there is not one piece of Sparity work on there. In fact, among the tons of shipping stories Spike has one and it's with Apple Bloom. I'm going to reconcile this... abomination to my taste today. When I'm done, I'm going to post in as a new blog something to look forward to while IC finishes those edits.
However, I have lately been asked about how to write clop by a few people. I find the answer comes with practice and editors who won't let you fuck up. So here's my call to arms, I challenge any of you interested in taking the dive into clop writing to write for this prompt. I'm not insinuating you have to write Sparity either, do whatever you want with the prompt. Although, I wouldn't mind some Sparity clop I didn't write to read for a change.
Also, the reworking of the 1st chapter is going well.

I overslept one day, and ended having to leave my Mom's house to get to my Dad's in a huge rush. I left all the notes I had at my Mom's house on that computer there. So, now, I have to get my little brother to send them to me when he gets there at some point this week. Not to say I am not editing it, still. I am! I generally finish very fast... but my little brother wouldn't shut up, and I was very distracted. I am also writing something for FlimFlamBros,, doing editing for another guy, and doing a Summer Reading Project at the same time. So, I am very busy. Like Ven, however, I can read that much in one night. I am experienced at it, as I started editing soon after I started writing. I usually don't rely on an editor, because of my own abilities in that realm as well as my sticklerhood for spelling, syntax, and diction. Helps that I am also a Renaissance Man. I do a lot of things. I am an editor, philosopher, scholar, writer, composer, comedian, voice actor, programmer... yeah, all of this helps in writing. Acting helps you understand how to control the audience's attention. Composing gives you a vocabulary to add, and a knowledge of emotions. Scholar... knowledge, really. Programmer: How to trick the audience. Editor, how to format to allow the audience to read. Philosopher... both an understanding of mankind, and a way to add a deeper message. Comedian... Capturing an audience's attention with laughter.
