so as the story title said what happens its kind of self explanatory big mac cuts his dick off not much explaining to do on that end or the story it self as I didn't spoil anything that what the title was saying.
what is a spoiler is the ending isn't happy by any means. But it goes to show how far some are willing to go to make their physical body match what they believe they are even if they can't afford it.
Its got a negative mass rating but I have to say there isn't much of a story here its more of a head cannon gone wrong. The amount of detail that was put into him removing the thing was not that all uncommon to see when you have looked at a medical book for 2 years. Though to the average person its a bit much.
I have to say I wouldn't recommend this to those that want a story, happy ending, or KIDS obviously. But I will say for as straight to the point as it is I have to say it does a good job. That doesn't mean I recommend it.
Sadly for me it didn't do what I thought it would for a story about someone not happy with their gender.
