Concerning a second actual book I'm about to write... · 4:59pm May 3rd, 2015
How many of you would actually be surprised to know it'd be about Psycho and a more, expanded world (And don't answer that you weren't surprised or we're expecting it! Haha! Now that I said that, you WILL do it! Or won't you? Reverse-REVERSE-psychology!)? I'm more than willing to share the details of the world he'll be in.
And no. I'm still working on the first book. It's a delicate process to get it publshed, or at least accepted by a publisher.

I am completely surprised he'd appear in a "book", let alone be a main part.
3041943 I agree with this completely accurate statement.
P.S.:Huh. I don't recognize that group...thing...whatever it is.
....
Huh, how'd the interview with TOR go?
3042129 I am horribly confused about what goes where with your statements. Which are you agreeing to, what don't you recognise and what interview are we speaking of?
Unless none of that is directed at me, in which case ignore my rambling.
3042686 Before the ellipses is directed at you. I suggested he go to TOR publishing if he wanted to publish something similar to his current work in the US, (he had a previous blog where he said the book was 'complete' and he was looking for a publishing company.). Of course, DarkHorse might work as well.
I don't recognize what 'PublishAmericaIsAVanityPress' is, and I agree with your statement. It is surprising that Psycho would make an appearance. In retrospect, I might be able to see that it could be there, but I'm very surprised since I haven't seen any of the actual content.

It's an adaptation of The true Psychopath. Naturally, it's more complex and wider, but it'll still have everything you love, including Steampunk! (*whispers* IT'S THE ONLY 'VERSE I COULD FIT HIM IN CORRECTLY).
And...Tor only publishes light books and Dark Horse os for comics!
3042876 ...Dark Horse publishes more than comics. They usually publish quirky fantasy though.
Tor, if I'm recalling this correctly, has published a great many works of fantasy specifically in their TOR branch. Among them are the Wheel of Time, Pathfinder, and Deadlands series just to name a few. They regularly work with authors like Orson Scott Card and such. Of the three I mentioned, at least two from the three fill in the 'High Fantasy' role and the same goes for 'dark'.
3043852 I know none of those things you mentioned.
3042701 Its a joke about a "book" that Publish America optioned for that was a load of nonsense made by science fiction experts because PA said science fiction was a cop-out form of literature.
Kind of backhanded towards psycho now that I think about it...

3043895 Research~
3043912 Huh. ...Still don't really get it, but okay.
3043920 Cry me a river, I didn't realise how backhanded it sounded until right before posting.
3043926 I guess you could search Atlanta Nights but I don't think that book should ever be searched for.
"ATLANTA NIGHTS democratizes the practice of fiction. If this can get published, ANYTHING can."
3044173 I actually don't care.
3044173 Hmn. I don't think I will. I got the jist of it.

3044205 Cool, that conversation got wrapped up right quick. Tata y'all!

Not yet. I've noticed something about you two from personal observations. I know now that when one of you goes somewhere, the other appears soon after. You also have similar mindsets and personalities.

I beg to differ on this account. Maybe. But I do need to go right now so I'll let Ikio speak until I return.
3044885 Similar in the way you criticize and advise me.
3044923 It's a coincidence.
3044885 K. Have a nice day NaughtSaught.
3044923 3045118 Ikio, maybe we should just let the charade end and tell them all.
3045118 LIES.
3045940 Tell them what? As an amorphous individual of unclear motivation, I'd like to know what I'd be getting them into.
3046103 Disproportionate capitalization!
3046893 10/10 best team player.
3047614 Thank you. You as well.
