An animation challenge from Kovabomb.
A challenge to any ambitious animators reading Arrow 18: Can you animate the Recorded Conversation between Twilight and Randy in Archive 3? As the recording engineer for the audio adaptation of this story, I have the full audio file of the conversation complete with sound effects. If you are feeling up to it, send me (Kovabomb) a Personal Message and I can provide the audio file for you.

Dude why not just have a picture of a recorder and have the record icon flashing a bright red with a few other moving parts? It will look better than any animation and is easy enough to do

The audio adaptation of the chapter has already been posted with images to accompany it. That's not the point of the challenge. I've simply observed that there are some animators out there that like to animate things just for the fun of it. All I'm doing is postulating the idea and providing a simple means of obtaining the raw audio to animate to. Take it or leave it, it makes no difference to me (though seeing it animated would be cool).
Somebody please get on this. Pronto.
If this was maybe during the summer or something, I would be super tempted to give this a whack. With Blender. The problem with that is that the kind of thing I would try to make would probably take eons considering how hard of a time pixar has. (my mental image is definitely similar to what pixar makes.) That doesn't even include how many tutorials I would need to watch.
Maybe summer. Maybe.
If I could get a model of Randy compatible for SFM, I'll do it.
