Well, like I said, your means and methods of trolling was merely an elaborate, premeditated practical joke; nothing harmful or personal! And the fact the empathize with your readers and try to help them out is a better sign still.
Long story short, no worries!
You're probably being a notch too hard on yourself, it's not like you were attacking anybody, and you were sure to tell all the nice and intelligent people what you were actually doing, which is awesome of you, and rare from FIMFiction "trolls" (most of which aren't even trolls but cyberbullies who use passive-aggressive "jokes" to hurt their intended victims). It was all a good joke anyway, you fooled me and I laughed when I learned the truth. A good troll is technically a very clever and subtle prankster rather than an 
sswipe like most people who call themselves "trolls" are.
The fact I met a real troll on FIMFiction, the actual thing, is not only very rare but an absolute relief over all the try-hard trolls, the posers, the people who act like noobs no matter how long they've been around, and then call themselves trolls for some reason, and of course the closeted cyberbullies; all the wanna-be trolls; so many angry people going around pretending to be trolls, that finding a real one, a real prankster with a good sense of humor, is something of a relief.
