    Just an update!

Currently, reviewing all chapters for mistakes, one at a time. So if you see changes, 'twas me!

Am getting them ready for self-publishing and could be a while. Getting those spelling errors and try to get the story straight from when I was writing so fast it was a jumble.

    Oh! And I forgot!

Yes, to those wondering, I'm trying to figure out how to format all the stories to self-publish the chronicle of Legacy.

I was surprised, very humbled and honored beyond all belief when some readers asked if I was planning to do so. Now, there is money coming in, I can plan on this.

    Let's try this again....

Okay, I said I received the messages, yes. I did not say it would turn into something bad. A love scene? I did one in the story, nothing bad at all except a nicely short thing that let you know they loved each other. My definition of 'hot' is very different from a lot of folks.

    Messages Received :)

Now, I'm an adult, lots of folks here are adults, we all ..blah blah blah blah. And that's over with.

I have gotten, through private messages, or otherwise, requests for..shall we say..ohhhh..a 'steamy' story or two, or even a scene in the main story of Legacy itself.

    Update!!!

I have been hired onto a new job, and I'm excited! Plus scared. Trust me, traveling round the country laying fiber optic cable doens't sound bad, but it's a big change from what I was doing.

I have not stopped writing, it's been a hard last few months, but I have a ton of chapters to update with!

Thank you all again! · 12:53pm Feb 3rd, 2015

Wanted to take some time to thank you all so very much for the kind, generous and wonderful comments you have made about my story Legacy. I did not know it would be liked so well by the Bolo and sci-fi fans out there, but your generous natures are showing! I will continue this story as long as I can keep it interesting, exciting, and something worth reading, that I can promise. I try and answer each comment, because you folks take the time to write something, I can do so in return. If I don't, sometimes I'm not sure what to say about the comment, so please don't take it as me ignoring or anything. I don't know if it'll be a million word fic, but there's so much to do and explore just within the little universe, it could take some time. But please, continue to keep me on my toes, that ones for you Siiver7, thank you!

Once again and I will keep saying it, you folks are truly awesome!

No need to make it super long, just make sure that when you end it, you end it well :pinkiehappy: Also Scootaloo needs to go to space before that happens and become Equestria's version of Felix Baumgartner and learn to fly in the same molment of win.

I think that no matter what this story can only go up in my own opinion

It's always a highlight of my day when I see a new chapter up

2766426 I shall try and do my best!

2766427 Wow, thank you for the very kind compliment! I'm glad you enjoy it!:yay:

This story of yours has a real old time pacing to it...straightforward and wears its emotions on its sleeves. The intense first person view is something I enjoy a lot, some chapters blaze by so quick it reminds me of Patrick Ness's Chaos Walking trilogy, which employs a similarly intense first person narrative in a sci fi setting.

I have always enjoyed two alien cultures bouncing off each other, and the literature on this site while focusing much on the human aspects of that narrative, sometimes treads too much into standoffs of ethics and morality. Using a machine of war which makes it purpose known from the start, has really pushed the story in a direction that is fresh and easy to like.

Looking forwards to more of it ^^
