'Broken' submitted for approval. · 3:30pm Dec 29th, 2014
Well there you have it. I'm not as incompetent and helpless as I originally thought. Last night, I managed to write about 9k words in a new story, "Broken." It's a new sort of story for me, that focuses heavily on abuse, sex, and more 'hard' elements. I've noticed through a lot of my work that there are darker elements in them, from the bloody and violent scenes of 'Archmage' to some underlying mental abuse in 'Intimate Details,' and even the gory, over-the-top violence in the 'A Different Kind of Love' stories (informally referred to as the Lily-verse.)
So this is my attempt at exploring some of those elements. A word of caution to you all, though:
The story will contain many abusive and violent elements, including (but not limited to:)
Slavery,
Rape,
Abuse,
BDSM.
I know this is out there for many of my readers, so I trust those of you who read the story to do so with a grain of salt. This is a project I'm doing, and it's chiefly for my own benefit (not that of my readers or the general public.) I do not expect to get featured with this story. Hell, I don't even expect this story to do well. But I figured it's time for me to shake myself out of this slump and flex my muscles.
