To Clear a misconception about Ch:32 · 2:08pm Dec 2nd, 2014
So I've been reading the comments about chapter 32 and I can conclude that their is a misunderstanding about how things went down between Isaiah and Cadance. People believe that Cadance raped Isaiah; while I can see how it looks that way, she actually didn't. I don't know if I wrote it properly (probably didn't, sorry), but Isaiah did sorta gave consent; not verbally but physically. If he really did have a problem, could've done something along the lines of struggling. As you've read, he just let it happen and tried his best to relax and end too early.
The next thing I should talk about is a shock collar. While I can see people's worries about him being shocked with electricity, there isn't much to worry about. It's shock collar used for large dogs, not a taser. I man Isaiah's size could easily withstand the electricity; I've personally seen it before.
For the roofie part, I will dwell into that in a later chapter. Again, I didn't write that part very well; if Isaiah was actually bothered by it, then he would've said something about it wouldn't he? After he was drugged, he didn't really fuss about it.
And lastly, the relationship between Isaiah and Cadance. At the end of Ch:32 in parts of Ch:33, you can see that they didn't really have a problem with it, the only thing that Cadance did was wore him out; their friendship kinda improved if you count all the stuff they've been through. If Isaiah really was bothered by Cadance, then it would've been noticeable; treating her poorly, threatening her, telling Celestia and Luna about what she did, he did none of that and let Cadance slide. Isaiah was nice to her (expect throwing her toy out the window), he didn't attack her, and instead chose to show intimacy
I would like to apologize for the misconception about Ch:32. I should've taken more time and wrote in detail of why Isaiah wasn't really bothered by Cadance's actions. I promise I'll include a part in a later chapter of Isaiah and Cadance sitting down and talking about what happened.
I sort of gathered that. But thank you for clearing that up.
Well clear it up... in your story.
If so many people feel differently about the scenario you've written up than you do, then maybe you should consider the possibility that the problem is on your end, not theirs.
