I don't like it...
Well, besides the whole 'half the stuff is broken' problem. Some of this seems to be shiney for shiney's sake... *Pushes Shining Armor away with a foot.* Not you.
Anyway, to give them time to sort this out, the update day for next chapter is pushed back to Saturday. Hopefully everything will be up and running and nobody will lose an update notice and everything will be JUST! FINE! *hairs sprong-ie out of place.*
Yeah they sort have made things pop out more than they did before when I thought they looked better when they blended together more. There was really so much that could have been done to the site yet all I see is a minor facelift. Granted I do like the fact that you can now make your own tabs for things other than favorites and read later it would have been nice for more possible tags. Some stories could have tags that aren't listed and some of them could have been expanded upon such as the sex and gore tags. Those two have so many variations that they almost require others to really explain them. I just hope the changes didn't damage things enough that my tablet borks out on the site.

I dunno. I like some of the modifications - a lot of it really is better.
Downside is, stuff isn't quite working yet.
As long as it works, I'm fine with it, really. And the sidebar stories seem a bit easier to read.
Bookshelves look like an awesome feature.
Totally not because I want a way to track stories I dont want others knowing I track, nope
I like most of the changes I've seen so far.
I haven't found the unique view count for an author though. That used to be in the little bio box. Sigh. Every time I'm about to hit a milestone with numbers, that feature is taken away.
Personally I'm happy they finally brought back the feed alerts for new forum threads... the rest I'm not sure about right now.
