nearly 6,000 words and still not over the hump... @_@
So much rereading.... no, really. I've had to reread half of my story to keep plot points straight. I've got about half of the story proof read just to help keep everything ordered and to fix plot holes. The researching for smaller details, the music searching....
There's still one plothole I haven't resolved, but its in this chapter. I have plenty of time to fix it. Thanks for your patience.
... and it's taken a long time to think of this, but plothole might be a swear in Equestria... it'd make being a writer very awkward there...
3:44 here, gonna sleep. Might just be the hour that's bugging me. Just kinda felt like giving you guys another update on my progress and my OCD when it comes to delivering something presentable.
Come on,
Don't be bitch,
You will now be now the dead now!
Have all time you need, 'cause you're one of the best writers here on Fimfiction, and I personally prefer quality over quantity.
2510964 Well, now that I've had my 8 hours and my brain's had a chance to defragment; the annoyance is that this is the first chapter that's been like this. Write a few paragraphs, stop, check something I wrote in an earlier chapter. Write a few sentences, stop, reread earlier chapter, write, stop write, stop.... its those stops that are annoying because they screw up the flow.
On a plus side I got about half of the chapter proof read, and an answer for that plot hole.

Oh, that's annoying. Maybe you need someone with good memory and with Skype, so when you have to "stop" to check something, you just ask him, he answer quickly and flow will not be interrupted?
It's good that plothole is plugged now (sorry for pun). I'm GLaD for you, test subject. Your neurotoxin will be delivered later.

You can try to make a note of the current events in "telegraphic shortcut". You know something like
- went there
- talked to this pony about this and that
I do not know if this helps but it will always save some time
