After listening to the many great points you have given me, as well as all the intelligent, thoughtful comments you all had to give, I've decided not to do the sequel idea, and instead just go straight into chapter VII.
No, it isn't ready yet. I still need to write it as well as a few other chapters for my other stories first, plus I'm in college, so my studies come first.
but keep your eyes peeled! I just might surprise you!
Yay! :)
Screw college. Drop out and go full time fimfiction. It's self sustaining I swear.

If I were you, I would concentrate more on the "What I've Become" story and probably less on the "Fool's Gambit". You could throw in a chapter or two of "The Nautilus Protocol" once a month or so...
I would turn my attention to releasing at least semi-regular updates to the leading story until it is finished. Twice a week would be perfect, but once a week would be fine too. You should try to grab the audience and make them check your user page in hope that they will get an update as usual! =)
It might be hard to concentrate on writing the same story all the time, but that can be dealt with through switching to the Nautilus story once the issue arise.
P.S. I am no author, so I can only speculate how stuff works. Just saying what I'd love to see come true
