What is this Blog thing you speak of?

Oh, hey I've been on FimFic for over two months now so I'm still really new.

Thought I'd start off my blog posts by saying how amazing this community is. Full of intrepid writers, authors of the many kinds and all encouraging and brilliant in their own way.

Since I started Synch, I have always thought how would this be received?

I also thought, how can I make my characters believable and the plotline engaging?

Answer:
Take it from real life.

Yes my character is based somewhat on me but not entirely I would say not quite a self insert but the reactions of my character would closely match my own (although if I ever am trapped in a diamond dog mine I probably wouldn't recognise how to get a thermite composition running I need standardised chemicals for that).

So a bit about me (if you're interested that is):

I'm currently going to University (is that college I could never get the hang of other types of educational systems?) and I'm surprise, surprise studying engineering and science (I'll let you guess what majors).

I've always had a passion for writing though I didn't have time to professionally pursue a career in the arts. I tried to keep my writing skills up to date by inventing random stories to pass the time but I never threw it out on a public forum like I did with my recent fics.

Anyways updates on Synch, for the next few days will slow down (aww!) but that's due to work load, bursts of updates will usually continue on weekends and as a consolation prize you may have one applebloom hug.
