Why not? I've been keeping their ages sort of out of the picture for a while... but it will be important going forward :)
So here you have how old i picture each of the Wonderbolts being.
(Note: i have mentioned in the past how the lead Squad was the youngest lead squadron ever chosen. I've also in the past mentioned that Misty Fly was a popular Wonderbolt when Dash was a filly.)
Made the image fun too while i was at it xD (WAVE CHILL! PAY ATTENTION!)

Hmm... I am pretty sure that in chapter one in Head in the clouds Dash said something like that both Spitfire and Fleet are just 2 years older than Dash. I must check it now.

That's exactly how it's gone for me. When i hit 21 i realized there were no more "age milestones" (and i dont even drink) After that you just get older

Plus, it may be 25 years until you're 50, but it took you 25 years to reach 25, am I right? So you still have 25 awesome more years to live before you're 50. While the count down is slowly decreasing, you can still live these hours like you did before.
