Titles says it all, I am stoked for Smash Bros, Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, the New Zelda Game, and other stuff, dood.... Microsoft and Sony couldn't hold a candle to Nintendo's beacon of Gaming Hope, dood.
Anyways... Slowly working on Salty Spike, New-U 3, and then jump to another non-Pony fic or go to House Sparkle, dood... Speaking of which.
I am a perfectionist... so any negative reviews will force me to second guess my life's choices for a few days, dood... especially if the negative comment makes a lot of sense to me. So... I am now under consideration of rewriting House Sparkle with several changes, dood:
Possible changes should I re-write this, dood:
- Twilight will be nicer and less of a hard ass... and it'll be harder for Twilight to get her dick wet
- Book of Sex Spells will cease to exist but Twilight will still be taught such spells... over time
- Barb/Spike won't be as possessive of Twilight and that one time they had sex will be retconned... But Barb will have 'seom' linguring urges when she gets too 'greedy'
- Vinyl will replace Rarity as Twilight's butler
- Rarity will become a daughter of a random noble house in Canterlot
- Fluttershy will probably stay the same.... I don't see anything wrong with her
- Applejack will be less prone to violence
- Rainbow's jerkness level will be brought down a peg or two... still a jerk though
- Very Slight Possibility that Twilight will just be the Duchess fo Everfree... Hoity Toity might take over that company because that feels like way too much for Twilight to deal with... and gives Mayor Mare more time
- Sweet Breeze might cease to exist
I'll probably make this priority if I get more legit comments on how I fail at character development (Yes I worry constantly about that, dood)... but until then... I'll be doing it normally... as for Misadventures... I've dug myself too deep to rewrite ALL of that, so... at the most... it'll be just one chapter at a time, dood.
If I do make re-writing House Sparkle a priority... I probably won't get to anything else until House Sparkle is... presentable again?... or at least presentable in a way that I hope it reduces all criticism to next to nothing, dood.
I'll try to finish New-U soon and post another blog post saying it's done... I can't link it because Futanari Palace and Hentai Foundry are NSFW sites and then I'll work on something more important... like what looks like the Detention where Princess Twilight has to stay after 'school' to mess around with Celestia for no reason other than clop reasons, dood.
Now for my other big gripe... Sex Scenes are growing harder and harder to write because I don't want it to always be Pony Style or Doggy Style and then go Missionary every so often but when I try another position like Reverse Cow-girl or the more recent confused sex position "Leg-Glider"? where everyone was confused by how bad I couldn't describe what was going on, dood. So I try too hard to mix it up and whatever, dood.
That's my long rant, I hope to hear what all of you think.... yes I am begging for comments, dood. I like to hear things, dood.

Honestly, I think your habit of trying to switch up how they are going at it is a good choice. Anthro helps a lot to vary that up a bit more than trying to detail almost impossible positions for an equine though I won't deny I prefer Misadventures to House Sparkle.
I'm not saying to do the rewrite at all but honestly I kind of like the idea of replacing Rarity with Vinyl at least. Most of the rest can stay as it is, particularly Dash being a jerk. She is one in canon as is so amping it up in this setting makes sense to me.
Yeah, the big N kinda hit the ball out of the park for this E3 from what I've seen and I don't even like Smash. I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on Bayonetta 2.
What gave you the idea that you needed to change 'House Sparkle'? And what are 'Salty Spike' and 'New-U 3'?

The only two changes I would agree with from the bunch are the Removal of Sweet Breeze, and switching Vynal with Rarity as butler. otherwise keep everything else.

I think House Sparkle is fine as it is. All the changes except the removal of Sweet Breeze would make the story worse in my opinion. I think Sweet Breeze's removal wouldn't really make the story better or worse.

Seriously don't rewrite House Sparkle. It's just fine the way it is. If you feel like you have to though please don't change Twilight's personality. I like how she is now. She feels more 'real' more natural, almost like this is how an anthro Twilight is supposed to act like. Also don't remove Sweet Breeze. I'll admit at first I didn't think much of her, but now you got me interested in her character. Plus she's funny. Anyway don't rewrite House Sparkle and remember

Vinyl being twilight's butler and Rarity being a noble sounds more legit then the last, maybe making Rarity an employee of Sparks design instead. And Sweet Breeze?Well, I never really liked her that much and i kinda considered her to be a wrench to the story, but that is just my opinion. Those two i would considered to change but if it is to much work, you can leave it as is because it's still good.

Eh, don't listen to people who call you a bad writer. Some people around here are overly critical and expect every story on here to be written like it was a formal book going through three dozen professional editors.
I really don't see a major problem with the House Sparkle or Misadventures at all. There may be some chapters that don't make sense in a small part, but it usually comes around eventually. I won't lie I do have a bit of a bias since I love Sunset and really wanna see her more. But you need to remember something big and important. These stories are YOUR hard work and YOUR love. You always get final say. If someone points out some spelling mistakes, grammar errors, or maybe the rare and random continuity error (rereading your own stuff over and over to make sure you are keeping a straight timeline can get time consuming) then you can change something to fix it. If they don't like Twilight disliking being on the receiving end or considering her brother an option then they can go elsewhere. We stick with you and will always stick with you because we like what you write and await more. I do try to be patient, I do.
Now if you DO rewrite Misadventures, I really only can say I would like to see a clearer blending of the mini-series and main stories. Kinda like how the Roseluck chapters ended up having two versions or the Mrs. Cake chapter being mentioned as being nothing but a rumor. Mini-series seem like they should be excludable, a fate I personally don't want because I love Sunset and again would like to see her added on a more common basis. Eitherway, I know they are already in among the main but it would make it better to me if the titles for the in canon mini-series chapters were like canon chapters. Let the mini-series be what they were once, dreams and maybes. Other then that I wanna say keep it up and have fun with it!
Now for House Sparkle. There are a few things that can be said to be wrong. Too many plots lead to too much to track. But you are handling that one by one so its working out. If anything rewriting can only really let you streamline what you wanted it to be instead of the somewhat jumbled mess.
I'll give my one thoughts on your list.

Nicer is OK but lets face it, shes abit of a hard ass. Growing up being a friend to Sunset and NOT turning out like her is gonna leave you a hard ass. Though making her actually earn the sex would be nice too.

Can we compromise and make it a book that will only reveal spells to those who have both used and mastered the ones its already showing? Twilight gets her book, gets new spells over time, and we get the shock/joy of Rainbow finding out shes got a new one to test.

Actually I like her as is. She adds some to Fluttershy's story and I'm actually waiting for the next chapter to see what she will tell Twilight was her reason for pushing Fluttershy in the first place.
So that's my take on the rewrite list. Mostly just good ideas and a couple I don't like, but it won't make me not like the story either.
So in the end I'll say it again, even if my last few bits might seem otherwise. YOU get to decide how a story unfolds. If YOU feel it is flowing wrong or that events aren't right then only YOU can make that call. Do not let others bend your will against you. Only let it empower you. Bathe in the worship!

I kinda like your stories as they are, myself but they are your stories. I can only say I like them as is, though I do have to admit that SweetBreeze is a bit over the top but removal might cause the serious rewrite that might harm a perfectly good story.
