I have a quick question for you all. What type of deck would you believe Lightning Dust would have? I'm torn between a Thunder-based deck and a Winged beast deck. Which do you think is better? Or maybe give me your opinion of what it should be?

Watts not only control and tamper but can be played with a straight forward offense when set up. It a offensively and defensively weak deck that covers its ground using card effects to control not only wat can and can't be done but also what stays, goes, or is immobilized on the field. Perfection at its highest point for a Thunder deck.
