Because I have been working on For Want so long, I have no idea what story I am going to do next! So, for the first time ever, I am going to give some brief descriptions of the future works, the characters involved and non-spoiler elements to the plot. Not only will the most votes be done first, but it will also set the order for the stories.
All titles are subject to change. (Sorry for the crappy descriptions. These are off the top of my head)
Living the Dream: [Slice of Life/Normal] [Spoiler!] {Rainbow Dash} {Twilight Sparkle} {Spitfire} {Mane 6}
Rainbow gets the chance to live out her dream, but an unexpected roadblock gets between them and delays it. Can Twilight help her, or will the studious unicorn be another distraction? (This follows the Sunset Universe)

More to the Eyes [Slice of Life/Normal] [Spoiler!] {Pinkie Pie} {Twilight Sparkle} {Spike} {Mane 6}
After receiving some shocking news during her annual checkup, Twilight Sparkle spirals into depression. Will a sudden revelation from Pinkie Pie change her mind about her news and allow her a more optimistic outlook on life?

A lot of things in Equestria are kept secret for the safety of the ponies. The worst kept of them is an organization of ponies called 'The Mares in Black.' Who are these ponies, and what purpose do they REALLY serve? Are there aliens (or humans) living among us? Truth is stranger than fiction.
Earth and Sky[Alternate Universe] [Adventure] {Mane 6} {Princess Luna} {Princess Celestia}
A war many ages past has separated the world into two distinct realms. An unlikely accident sets events into motion as the two worlds begin to collide. Can the new-found friendship forged between six ponies stave off disaster, or will darkness reign the lands?
Masking the Truth [Crossover] [Dark] [Adventure] {Princess Celestia} {Princess Luna} {Mane 6} {CMC} {A ton of others}
HRH Princess Celestia finds herself in a strange place with no pony able to recognize her, not even her prized student, or the other Elements of Harmony! With her body twisted and transformed, she has to find a way to save herself, and a world on the brink of destruction. But is three days really enough time? (Majora's Mask Crossover)

Masking the Truth and Earth and Sky tie at 1st place for me
Kinda interested in More to the Eyes, mostly because I kinda want to know what it would be that would send twilight into depression.
Also Masking the Truth sounds interesting for the reason that it is done from the perspective of Celestia and not any of the mane 6
So my votes go to More to the Eyes and Masking the Truth.
A Majora's Mask adaptation with Celestia as the main character? Yes please. My vote is for Masking the Truth.
And yeah, I understand not wanting to give spoilers, but these descriptions are a bit too vague to really know which one I'd rather read over any other one, lol. More to the Eyes interests me solely because I want to know what it is that would depress Twilight, but once I find out, I'd probably lose interest... unless it's like, losing-her-magic interesting. But if it's like, twilight-has-cancer interesting, I... I don't think I'd want to read about Twilight having cancer.
And Living the Dream sounds interesting just because it's set in the Sunset universe, and the concept of Twilight being an advanced golem fascinates me. But I have no idea how much of a role her being a golem would even play in it, so if it turns out to be an inconsequential detail to the fanfic's plot, I'd end up disappointed since it was the main draw for me. Sooooo I guess I'm saying if I had to give a second vote, it'd be for Earth and Sky, because alternate-universe adventures are always fun. But my main vote remains unchanged for Masking the Truth.

The problem is that I can't give a lot of detail without giving things away because there is not much to each besides vague concepts. Living the Dream is planned out, and her being a golem is not really looked at, I will say that much.
An adventure starring Princess Celestia that is not set in the past? YES!
Masking the Truth gets my vote. There are too few of those. I should write one myself... when I have time. 
I hope you get to write the other stories. Intriguing, More to the Eyes is intriging. Supporting that too and Living the Dream, cause I really want to see how the universe of Sunset will be when back to "Normal".

The others sound nice, too. But I dont like [Alternate Universe]. I simply need the origin story ^^. And congrats to your Sunset-Adventure, even it isnt done yet, I dont think it can turn from epic and absolutly wonderful to bad :p

Well, the Majora's Mask thing sounds promising. Based on what I've seen of your work, it's very likely that the only pony who might be smart enough to see through said mask has a mild problem communicating her intentions. (Okay, a severe one.)
I've already seen a few that have Twilight being older and passing, but it's always interesting to see others' takes on it. But as of right now, I'm leaning more towards Mezza Voice. But if the one with RD takes place before For Want of a Dawn, I think that could be a lot more interesting.

I'm more inclined to make it post For Want (if she makes it back home), but after enough time where Twilight would be back (mostly) to her normal self. I might also make it before, in case I decide she's stuck there. Always time to change my mind.
Let's face it, either way the poor mare is going to need a shrink after all of this is over. 
if you were to write Living the Dream you would have to change the name because there is already another story by that name. but that would be my vote :3

i'm all in for 'masking the trouth'and'Earth and sky' i cant really go for the living the dream because really as you said even tho its in the sunset universe the fact that twilights a golem is really inconsequential therefor id really have little intrest in it unleas twi accepted her inner deity and chose to turn into her alicorn form for good but if not then i really couldn't read it much. even with twilight
