This was by far the most violent thing I have ever seen in MLP and i never expected anything like it.
I have to admit that Tirek made a decent enemy, my only problem with it was.... actually, i have no problem with the finale.
Plus we got to hear Luna sing!

Perhaps. But how to go about fitting those long tracks into a scene that's barely even two minutes in length?
2106210 now admittedly i dont know how to do that but i think it would require somehow cutting the song part and then trying to synch it to the battle which i dont know how to do
2106210 2106256 You just have to edit the song a bit or hope that part of it snycs up nicely. They did that all the time on Bleach. They would just loop some quietly in the background while the characters talked or whatever before crescendo'ing into the action at just the right time.
Edit: Oh, and they didn't always use the whole thing. Those are just the full OST versions.
