Should I say Hiatus or not?

I'm not going to cancel 'Changeling Places', but between upcoming final exams, a trip to Australia immediately after they're finished, and just a lack of motivation, it's going to be a while before I update the story.

I'm not sure if I should label it 'Hiatus' or not. What do you guys think?

Just go ahead mate. Honestly, it's been unofficial hiatus at this point anyway.

I would say put it on hiatus, it will just let people know the story is on hold, plus it will stop most people from bugging you when the next chapter is out

I have couple stories on hiatus; the primary reason is to let folks know to not expect new chapters "soon," whether from a lack of time or of inspiration.
