Stories!
It's been a while since the last chapter, but The Education of Clover the Clever is next on the to-do list. I have started writing the next chapter, which is looking like it will feature lots of Star Swirly antics and Clovery character moments, as our unheroes go abroad for a research expedition to distant lands. Camping! Getting lost in the woods! Forgetting to pack vital equipment! And much much more!

Secondly: Shortly after beginning the next chapter of Clover, I was struck by an idea for a one-shot, and wrote 2k words from it. The idea: Big Mac goes to therapy to deal with the aftereffects of being repeatedly brainwashed and mind-controlled. I started it, and it promptly went completely out of control. Not in a haha-funny way, but in a "this is too private and intimate to be on view" way. I think it has potential, if I can think of a way to give it a proper story-shape. If anyone is interested to read it, write a comment and I'll send you the link.
Thirdly, in regards to the newest chapters of The Crown of Night: I uploaded them both at once because I actually really disliked the first one, and didn't want to update without giving the readers something I liked. And I really liked the second one. So... yeah. Also I debated whether or not to include an alternate ending scene to the second one, a cold open to Star Swirl's return from Saddle Arabia, but then I got uncertain because that ending would be comic, whereas the other ending wasn't, and that chapter had already been zig-zagging madly between comic and serious and I no longer had any idea where I wanted it to end up 6_9 This seems to happen around Star Swirl a lot.
I would be very interested in reading the one-shot.

So far I have absolutely loved your work with TECC, and I'd be happy to take a look at your Big Mac fic--very interesting premise by the way-- and give some feedback. Just one question for the sake of clarification: do you want editor-style feedback with spelling and grammar checking, that sort of thing, or do you just want peoples' opinions on things like the elements, themes and plot of the story?

General impressions of theme and plot would be good. The questions I'm asking myself are does this make sense? Is this interesting? And can this be turned into a story?
I would like to take a Look at the oneshot!

Thanks for all your comments, guys. I'm still writing it, it is now at 4.3k words, and if I'm lucky I'm gonna continue making a little progress every night and hopefully get it finished before long.
