Then a meteorite crashed into the field next to them.

I'd blame Gin, but it's not really his fault. Then again, Gin's player sent me a message suggesting a meteorite making landfall about the same time as I decided to do it, and Unknown Ponies rewards characters for things their players do OOC, so I think it's only fair to assign blame to the characters for OOC actions, as well. Right?

So yeah, we'll call this Gin's fault.
