In an uncharacteristically sudden move, EQD approved and posted The Carrot Dog Fight today. I got an email about it and fifteen minutes later it was up on the site. I've never seen them do something that quickly before. I'd sent the story back in after it got its no-strike rejection, so I was expecting a few more weeks. It was a nice present for me on my vacation. Cheerilee's Thousand is in their story update queue and I think Diary of a Pliant Tyrant will be going up soon on their site because of its induction into the Royal Canterlot Library. So for a brief time, I RULE THAT SITE!

It only makes sense for The Carrot Dog Fight to get posted on EQD, though. The story may not have gotten much attention on this site with the sodding users, but its quality cannot be denied for long.

1875976 Thanks! It doesn't exactly look like it's setting EQD on fire, either, but I don't really care. I've done as much for that story as I can. Once it's been on EQD, it's out of my hands. I can rest easy knowing that I worked a hard as I could for it.
