Pre-Superbowl Update

My job has gone up and done in difficulty sharply, mainly due to the fact that a locator who works in my area got suspended and I had to pick up his slack. The pay is nice but geez, having to do fifty jobs a day is exhausting. And now I'm back to easier jobs, but it's like coming down from an adrenaline rush. You are just flat out pooped. But I have been getting more free time, and in this free time I have been trying to cook more interesting meals.

Tilapa, Mediterranean style. I imagine Shepherd in Hands might cook some things like this to remind himself of home.
