On whereabouts and what is to come

Some of you may have received notifications - I don't really know how the system works - but even if not, here's the general announcement to explain it all:

    It occurred to me

Or maybe it's all imaginary, but doesn't the boss music for Corneria in the original Star Fox sound like a mash-up between Super Metroid and F-Zero?

About that chapter · 6:31am Jan 28th, 2014

No doubt those of you watching have noticed that it never materialized. Fear not, for I haven’t given up.

Rather, it was just getting too long and causing me no end of anxiety with how large it was (I don’t really know why). And then the radical GreyGuardPony continued to be radical by listening to me complain about it, and then when I suggested I split the chapter into two chapters, said that was a great idea, gave me a high five, and then throw on his jet bike and rode it through five rings of fire, over a shark tank filled with lava.

The part with the motorcycle may not have actually happened, but is suitably radical that he might actually get bored enough to do it one day.

It might be a couple more days while I get things finished enough to publish, and I know that you’ve been waiting a long while, but this is for the better.
