All of my why.

What the hell am I looking at?::applejackconfused:

OH GOD KILL IT WITH FIRE.

Hey! Where ya been? :rainbowwild: 1703154

I...What...I don't...

Where in all of the levels of Tartarus did you find this abomination?!:applejackconfused::pinkiesick::facehoof:

And I thoroughly agree with you about the horror of the Sonic X TV series. Pity 4Kids still has the thing on their Saturday morning TV schedule. Specifically at 8 AM, my time (Central Standard Time).:facehoof:

I just...what?

That video...it just makes me feel ill. I feel sick from having seen it. Why would someone do that? How much money was flushed down the toilet for that minute or so of people in suits dancing to the worst mashup I've ever seen?

Just when I thought the horror of Sonic X was gone

:rainbowhuh: I... actually enjoyed Sonic X.

Sure, Chris was annoying and the redesign to Tails' Tornado was stupid. :twilightangry2: At that, Tails never got to do much outside of the Tornado and even Big lacked much of a role outside of the Sonic Adventure arc they had. Otherwise though, :scootangel: I really enjoyed it. The fights were fun, the jokes funny and the storylines transitioned well. Furthermore, outside of Chris, the human characters wern't too bad, some even pretty cool or hilarious.

:pinkiehappy: The later season when they went out into space and had a whole original arc was full of epic. Also, the Emerl storyline and how it ended almost had me in tears. :fluttercry: It ends up with such an awesome yet tear-jerking moment.

I now realise I haven't actually watched the video. I'll do that now...

:derpyderp2: I am both amused and horrified. I shall be disappointed if this is not an official thing Sega did or made as promotion.

1703381 Sonic X was basically Sonic enters the real world, anime style. And as intresting as it sounded it messed with the timeline by including the events of Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2, before jumping to a completly original storyline some time down the road. And yet they still had Cream and the Chaotix dective team, despite them not appearing/reappearing til Sonic Heroes. And it got a terrible English Dub from 4 Kids. The opening alone will make you want to pull out all your hair.

1703418 There were 2 openings actually. One was pretty bumpin and the other was...

it was fucking trash.

Sonic X was awesome I don't know what you're talking about.

1703911 Well in the U.S. at least we only got one opening throughout. The irritating song that won't leave your head. "Gotta Go Fast", and like all other 4 Kids songs it's catchy as frick, despite the lyrics being annoying. Even Sonic X Abridged lampshades it.

1703418 I actually enjoyed the opening... and the 4kids dub. I used to watch it all the time when it was on.

As for how it messed around with some of the chronological events of the games, I didn't mind that much. The other Sonic cartoon adaptations either ignored the games or never really invested much integration of the game events into the shows themselves. I felt Sonic X did a fine job of adapting the game's events while taking into account the changes that would have to be made via it's own cast of characters and setting.

1705652 Well some of the 4 Kids voice actors were good. For example I found Rouge's Adventure 2/Heroes voice to be extremly winny. And David Humprhey's Shadow voice was just a little too quiet for my taste. But the 4 Kids voices were actually an improvement. The funny thing is that Shadow was voiced by Jason Griffth, who also voiced Sonic. And while I never liked his Sonic voice I always felt he delivered the best Shadow performance. Dan Green was also a good voice for Knuckles, not that his previous voice actor wasn't good.
