Remember all those blogs ago when I ffirst spoke of my terrible condition affecting my left eye? Well, it got worse. My cornea is now so thin that surgery is the only option. Anyone willing to donate their cornea? 
All jokes aside, my surgery will need to be soon, since if my cornea gets any thinner, the eye fluids will begin to leak out which, as my doctor said, will HURT LIKE A MOTHERFUCKER.

1446742 Aye, Going blind has been a huge bitch. Just thanks to having to go to doctors appointments once or twice a week for almost three months was enough distraction to cause me to fail 2 of 3 classes I was in that semester.
I'm usually an advocate for staying awake during surgeries, but in this case I suggest they put you as deep into sleep as you can possibly be because this surgery sound insane. good luck. mate!

1447138 A prayer is appreciated. Since this is a transplant surgery, I'm basically waiting in line for someone who has eyes close enough to mine to die. It... kinda puts life in perspective. Like, "Hey, some random kid in Montana needs your kidney, Mac. Can you die sometime soon so he doesn't?"
I signed up as a donor knowing what it entailed, but still. I didn't think I'd ever need someone else's something.
