Their advertising is cringe-worthy, but it's supposed to be as such, and the game can be freakin' EPIC AS TITS.
Just now, in fact, I won a game while playing Spy, probably the second most boring class ever. When we were down to two Townies (myself and one of the others) and a Mafia member, I was killed by the Mafia. Graveyard chat said "gg spy, wtf damn you write a novel in your Last Will?" And we settled in to see what would happen, the Mafia members in the Graveyard already celebrating their victory, because one Townie + one Mafioso = Townie dead by nightfall.
But wait...
The last Townie revealed himself as Mayor. Graveyard chat EXPLODED with people going "OOOOH! OOOOH! WHAT?! GG, MAF! WOOO!" Because Mayor, after they reveal themselves, gets three votes during a Lynching rather than one. So all Townies (even us in the Graveyard) won, when everyone had already thought it lost. One of the few times I've won as Town, and probably my second best game ever, behind the time I was Godfather and won a game without anyone lynching or killing my Family. Booyah!
TL;DR
The game's great. Get it ported to the PSN, or even XBLA. Wii-U version would be sweet, though.
