Since the story is so large and there are long periods of time we don't see certain characters, I've decided to make this list. Now, I may have forgotten a few here and there, so if you could let me know I'll be sure to add them in. Note that certain characters will not be added here, ever. Also note that if you are new to reading this, there will be spoilers in here. Obvious characters will also not be put in here (Main six). My suggestion would be to use this as a reference guide when you see a name and don't remember who it is.
Man of War Characters
Miles Eremita: Human, light tan skin, black hair, brown eyes, 6’5”, muscular, Spartan logo tattooed onto his left forearm.
Altum Stans: Human, pale white, long blonde hair, red eyes, 5’10", thin.
Susurrans Bellum: Human, Black hair peppered with grey, grey eyes, Muscular. 6'3"
Storm Cloud: Pegasus stallion. Light grey coat. Black mane and tail. Light blue eyes. Black storm cloud with two yellow lightning bolts coming out of it for a cutie mark.
Regina: Griffin female. Feathers on her head end in black and flow back towards her neck. Wings end in black as well. Bright blue eyes.
Starry Notes: Pegasus mare, Light blue coat, bright red hair with a strand of purple. Cutie mark of a quill and note pad with stars around it.
Miles Soul Fire: Emerald green, humanoid shape with no defining qualities beyond the general shape of a human male.
Lunas Soul Fire: Dark blue, Humanoid shape with no defining qualities beyond general shape of a human female.
Boxy: Earth pony stallion. Brown coat, dark brown mane and tail. Cutie mark of a box. Wears tinfoil in his mane.
Rain Cloud (AKA: Rainy): Mother of Storm Cloud: Pegasus mare. Grey coat, yellow mane with a few aging grey streaks. Cutie mark of a storm cloud and rain drops.
Cheesus: Unicorn Stallion. Pale white coat with black mane and tail. His horn has been broken off, leaving people to believe he’s an earth pony. Cutie mark of a wedge of cheese.
Squishy Trap: Earth pony stallion. White coat with long light brown hair. Is often confused for a mare. Cutie mark of a silhouette of a pony on a stripper pole.
Lupus/Hati: Male/female wolf. Light grey coat/ even lighter grey.
Storm Breaker: Pegasus stallion. Yellow coat with dark blue hair. Cutie mark of a broken cloud. Light blue eyes, similar to Storm Clouds.
Night Light: Unicorn stallion. Light blue coat and dark blue hair that is styled. Twin moon crescent cutie mark. Yellow eyes.
Twilight Velvet: Unicorn mare. White coat with purple hair that has a white streak. Light blue eyes. Three stars for a cutie mark.
Steelwing: Male griffin. All black with light grey under tones. Has a scar on his face that goes over his left eye.
Cabbage Patch: Earth pony stallion. Light brown coat with green hair. Cutie mark of a head of cabbage that has a square missing.
Star Gazer : Unicorn colt. Dark grey coat with white hair. Yellow eyes. Cutie mark of a yellow star with an eye inside it.
E861Z9 (Easy): Utility bot. Humanoid in form. Has two bright yellow lights for eyes. Silver paint job. Has a golden X on the right of its chest.
Diamond Heart: Unicorn Stallion. White coat with light red hair and pale red eyes. Cutie mark of a blood diamond. Is coming on in his years.
Tirek (War): Centaur male. Black fur with red skin. Carries a necklace with a brown bag around his neck at all times.
Famine: Centaur male unicorn. black coat with green skin. Carries a wooden staff and has a long grey beard. Appears to be elder.
Pestilence: Centaur female pegasus. Black coat with sickly yellow skin. Long black finger nails and a terribly sickly, gross face. Diseased all over, making her appear feeble.
Delilah: Tree folk female. Humanoid in form, think timber wolf, but human. Long vines for hair that has little pink flowers occasionally. Green energy glows from the cracks in the wood.
Tender Soul: Earth stallion. White coat, orange hair and eyes. Cutie mark of a red heart with a yellow sash behind it.
True Will: Unicorn, zebra halfling. Red coat with blue strips occasionally. Cutie mark of a bloodied knife. Yellow eyes.
Dust Devil: Sandy tan pegasus mare, with a "dirty" mane, that has several different shades of tan. A Cutie mare of a singular oak tree, a Fleur-de-lis, and a forest camouflage Boonie hat.
Bantler: Stereotypical male moose. A bit lanky compared to others.
Na-da: Stereotypical female moose. Small for her age.
E'Claire: Earth pony mare. A darker tan coat with creamy white main and tail. E'Claire for a cutie mark. Brown eyes.
Butterscotch: Unicorn mare. Light creamy tan coat with lighter mane and tail. Cutie mark of a wrapped butterscotch candy. Yellow eyes.
Shadow Knight: Unicorn filly. Black coat with grey hair that has a streak of blue. Blue eyes, usually ties her mane back, leaving a lock of blue to hand in her face.
Night Fury: Pegasus Stallion. Dark purple coat with black mane and tail. Purple eyes, cutie mark of a star filled night.
Fayte: Unicorn/zebra halfling (has lost horn now). Milky white eyes with a tone of grey. Dark green coat with stripes of darker green. Mane is long and is silver with a few streaks of royal blue. His cutie mark is a blue piece of cotton candy releasing strawberry milk down onto a lolly pop tree.
Jueh Kor: Unfamiliar male. Black eyes, long white hair that goes around the side of his head only and ends in a ponytail. Slits instead of a nose. Dagger teeth. Light grey skin.
O'Buckly: Male mountain goat. Coarse white body hair. Two curled horns. Hazel eyes.
Ulfric Stormmind: Sphinx. Lion body with large eagle wings and humanoid face. Mane has grayed from age. Grey eyes.
Korir Stormmind: Sphinx. Oldest of the three brothers. Golden color mostly. Hazel eyes.
Dengeir Stormmind: Sphinx. Middle brother. Black wings with streaks of black in his mane as well. Beady black eyes.
Skald Stormmind: Sphinx. Youngest brother. Spots of feathers are white while his mane ends in black. Blue eyes.
Starke Herzen: Goblin. Old as dirt. Stands at 3' 2". Shoulder long white hair. Grey eyes.
Longhorn: Male Minotaur. Dark grey. Two long black horns. Scrawny with the exception of his bulging stomach. Dark brown eyes.
Oni: Male orc. Twelve feet tall. Scruffy black hair with bright red skin. Yellow eyes.
Liánhuā: Male chimpanzee. Stand 3' 4". Brown eyes.
Joeseph Boarus: Male brown bear. 7' 2". Appears to be average bear.
Bolas: Elder male dragon. Black scales with golden highlights. Neon blue eyes. Long, Minotaur esc. horns.
Rumble: Male pegasi. Grey coat, black hair. Cutie mark of a black cloud with two sets of yellow sound waves. Yellow eyes.
Tempus: Male Alicorn. White coat with dark grey eyes and a black ethereal mane and tail. Cutie mark of a sun dial.
Spatium : Female Alicorn. All black coat with bright yellow eyes and a white ethereal mane and tail. Cutie mark of a swirling constellation.
Tempestive Mortem: Son of Miles Eremita and Luna: Male Alicorn. Midnight blue coat with black hair and light green eyes.
Rampant Growth: Son of Macintosh and Fluttershy: Male Alicorn. Red mane with yellow hair and dark green eyes.
Jet Spectrum: Son of Rainbow Dash and Soarin: Male Pegasis. Rainbow mane and tail with a light blue body and dark blue eyes.
Hunter: Male zebra. slanted eyes, giving a constant glowering. Eye color light blue Slim figure. Glyph Mark: Series of lines that shows his aptitude for agility.
Frank Moose: Average ass looking moose.
Birth name- Earth Scum / Current Name- Steel Pot / Nickname- Sledge: Male earth pony. Olive drab coat with hazel eyes. Dark brown mane. Cutie mark: Roman helmet.
Lief Bjorn: Male jade hound. Coat Color: Light Green and charcoal undercoat. Light Green with charcoal undercoat. Size: 6ft 10
Sǐ Yè: Male chimpanzee. Appears to be like any other chimp. Black fur covers most of his body with bright blue eyes. Has a tattoo of a bamboo archway on his left shoulder.
Tiber Zang: Male chimpanzee. 3'6". Baritone voice, green eyes, dark chocolate coat with a white underbelly and beard, slightly muscular build, tattoo of the Yin and Yang symbol on his right shoulder, and 2in. scar on his left.
Elleschzier Shadow-stepper / Ellzy: Male griffin (hawk). Black feathers with a few spots in white. Bright blue eyes.
High Flyer: Male pegasi. Gray Coat, Dark Blue, Buzzed Mane. Silver eyes. Cutie Mark is a spear behind an eight point star.
YinBei Da XingXing: Male Gorilla. One scar going down across his right eye. Missing his left cheek so you can see his teeth. Tattoo of a southern cross.
Johnathan: Male griffin (owl). The avian half has the usual barn owl coloring, and shape. The Avian legs are a light gray. The feline half has a white underbelly, paws, and tail tuft, while the upper side of the feline body is a tawny brown coloring. His eyes are a dark brown-gold.
Shifted Past: Changeling drone.
Raz Al-Gruul: Male Orc. 10' 3". Average green, scaly skin with several cuts and old wounds. Bright yellow eyes. A branding describing strength.
Maant Iliis: Female dragon. 5' 10". Light amethyst with even lighter under toning. Wings are light in color as well.
Nether Walker: Male Kroth. 5' 8". Typically only wears a wrap, deep etchings cover most (if not all) of his body. Has a long white beard and milky white eyes.
Sugar: Female Earth Pony: light cream coat with deep scarlet hair that's cut short. Mark of two sugar cubes
Speaks Softly: Daughter of Storm Cloud and Twilight Sparkle: Alicorn filly with a light grey coat and even purple hair that has a streak of light yellow and bright blue eyes.
Gleaming Joy: Unicorn Filly: Daughter of Cadence and Shining: white coat and pink hair that has a light blue strip going through it and light yellow eyes.

And CC is "a light yellow pegasus with green eyes, black hair that has a white stripe going through it".

and have they been mentioned before? because without them being in this guide i honestly can't remember if they've even been mentioned before.
