The Lone Wanderer braves the depraved, swampy mess of human ignorance in Wanderer's Diary: Week Twenty Eight.
This week: Boat rides, inbreeding and stupid smugglers.
New update schedule:
So, given how long it has taken to get the most recent chapter of Human out, plus how long it's also taking me to finally release several other projects and update Van Helsing and Discord: House of Chaos, I've decided on a schedule that I will set myself. Every week, I will release... something.
What that something is isn't set. It could be one of my current Fimfiction stories, it could be one of those new releases I'm always promising, it could be Wanderer's Diary or The Doctor and the Master, and on rare occasions it might even be something good. Maybe not much comfort to fans of just one given story, but those of you who just follow my work in general, (I call you the Dannites), or at least follow me for more than one of my works can expect to at least get something every week.
My personal deadline is now Sunday. I'll get something done by Sunday, or possibly Monday every week. If I update twice in a week, that's the only circumstance in which I'll deliberately take a week off. I say deliberately because I don't know how well I'll be able to stick to this schedule. I might break it by accident. If I do, don't worry. I'll flog myself so that you don't have to.
Also my other new policy is that I'm not going to start writing any new projects. There are several unreleased projects that I'll continue to work on between other things, but if I have new ideas now, I'll restrain myself by waiting until I'm done with other stuff until I start writing them. Hopefully I'll be able to start clearing some stuff out. At the very least, Wanderer's Diary is going to conclude soon. Human's not even close though.

For readers of Human, who's your favourite character and why? And if it's Second, who's your other favourite?
Dammit, how did you know? Well, I guess my other favorite would be Explodey. I just love the super cheery, optimistic characters in darker sorts of things like this. That and he makes for some great humor.
Hmmmm... well, besides Second, I'd have to say that after that latest chapter, my other favorite character is now First. Not only is it because he's a gigantic plot twist simply by existing, but also because of how he goes from seeming like a well intentioned character to being completely insane and screwed up now, and yet you almost want to feel sorry for him. Almost.
(Also, I like Explodey because everything about him is completely absurd.)

Besides the lovably evil second, I'd have to say the earlier chapters of celestia. Her reactions to horrible secrets are hilarious (yes this is why).

Well, Danny is making everyone do everything cause he is writing the story. Its how he (Most probably) planned how that character will be
'Splodey of course. Who else could be an elder god that makes pop culture references.

Silver and Ze!ar, or whatever that crazy zebras name was. Those two, standing in the eye of this storm of madness. One trying to stay sane while serving an eldrich horror, while the other is so fucked up he just goes with the flow. Both of them give the "Second" side of this story so much more... stuff?
Explodey McGee is absolutely the best character.
Thou from the whole universe, I love the Kappa 'Captain' from Human: Shades of Grey.
Mine is probably Silvervain because of her relationship with second, though Sliske is great too, she is great for comic relief.

Yeah. Also, he wanted to attack his collage professor with a lightsaber, which is my fantasy for some of my highschool teachers.

First of all, my favorite at the moment is Explodey, because he raises alot of questions merely by existing.
Dannites? I can work with that, 'specially if you keep writing such weirdly absurd Dan-like stories!
In addition to that. Wanderer's Diary is very nearly becoming my favorite thing ever.
