I'd like to share some stories I'm following that deserve a little love. This isn't entirely selfless, of course. More readers means my favorite authors are more likely to update more frequently!

The Scroll of Exalted Ponies (Mature, Gore)
This is another Exalted crossover like My Little Exalt, although rather than throwing ponies at Creation to see what sticks, webkilla has ponified Creation.
A retired Lookshyan army doctor finds a traveling merchant being harassed by the local prince who's gotten a bug up his butt thinking that all unicorns (read: Dragon-Blooded) are spiritually superior to regular ponies. By the blessing of Celestia, the doctor and merchant both exalt... shortly before being run out of the country for being anathema. They find a Lunar mate and form a full circle of Solars, and they're ready to take Creation by storm.
The characters are fun and the storyline is suitably epic. It's worth a read. Full disclosure: webkilla needs an editor. Anyone volunteer?
On the ratings: There honestly isn't that much gore, and the story could probably be rated Teen if it weren't for FimFiction getting stricter on things like risque humor. (For example, Cash the merchant 'drools' from more than just his mouth at one point.)
My Little Claymare (Teen, Gore)
This is a crossover with the Claymore anime and manga. The ponies are anthro, standing bipedal with hands and hooves on their feet.
Changelings are a huge problem. They'll happily devour your loved ones before assuming their image. The Claymares have been... changed... using the flesh and blood of the changelings, and they are Equestria's only hope of eradicating the Changeling menace. Twilight Sparkle is one of these so-called "silver-eyed witches", and the young dragon Spike is relying on her to save his small town of Ponyville from a changeling that had been plaguing them for weeks.
My Little Masquerade (Mature, Sex, Gore)
This is a crossover with Vampire: the Masquerade. I am acting as Breakfateschain's editor and sounding board, so I'm totally not biased at all about this fic. 
Professor Sparkle finds a strange book on the desk in her office one night, and she's captured by curiosity. As she translates the tome, she finds that it's a practical joke: a grimoire on blood magic? Blood magic isn't real...
On the ratings: There is nothing currently in the story that warrants any of Mature, Sex, or Gore. Presumably Breakfateschain has some plans that will touch those things, though.
Dreaming of Paws (Teen)
This is part of the Chessverse, started by Rust with The Ballad of Echo the Diamond Dog.
Jazz is a cat. Not one of those large bipedal felines from the southern jungle, just a cat. But before that, he was a human.
When Morpheus, the god of dreams asks if you want to go to Equestria, you say yes! Kasper did. Now he's a cat. A talking cat with the power of illusions, but a cat nonetheless. Roko Mouse, Angel Bunny, Kessler, Scatcat, and Jazz: The Big Cheese. First the Moufia (née Meowfia), then Equestria, then the world!
