UPDATES: New Fics and Print Run Pre-Orders · 4:01am May 25th
Hello one and all! Today is my 40th birthday and to celebrate, I'm giving you all some presents!
First up, two new stories!
The first is "If You Give a Bluey a Biscuit." This is meant to be a bit light writing practice for me as well as a chance to express my fondness for Bluey, an Australian series that feels like a spiritual successor to Friendship is Magic. Plus it gives me the chance to revisit Dinky Doo being adorable, which is never unwanted.
The other is an actual story in Dashverse, "The Dragon Princess"! A story that's 90% written so this one won't end up being left incomplete! Been a while since we've had one of those, huh? I'm posting the first chapter despite it not having been gone over by my editor(s) because I just wanted to have it out on my birthday. I'll post the properly edited version once that's done and proceed with publishing the other chapters once they're fully vetted.
Speaking of the Dashverse, another bit of news. I had floated the idea a while back of doing a print run of my magnum opus fic, Rainbooms and Royalty (New). I have proceeded with that, editing the story for publication as well as commissioning top-tier fandom artists to produce exclusive art for the story. I'm now ready to open pre-orders. You can fill out the Google form linked below or simply comment on this journal if you want to pre-order a copy. Either way, I'll need your name, shipping address, and paypal address (if you want to make an alternative form of payment, get in touch with me and I'll see what we can work out). The books will be produced once I have enough pre-orders for an initial run (probably around 15-20, maybe more if there's more interest). I'm trying to keep the costs for buyers pretty low at $35 per book. International shipping is a possibility, but I'll have to charge more to cover shipping & handling to those individuals.
