Not much to say about the story itself. I was inspired to write it after watching the episode Baby Cakes, in addition of mulling over story ideas to write to serve as a proper in between stories before I finally start posting the sequel to Temor.
I also realized that I probably should have touch a little on Sombra's life post retirement and before Octavia entered the picture in Herding Inquiries. Didn't want though anything grand, just something short slice of life kind of thing. So this story was born.
