I won't try to summarize their full situation. Even making an attempt feels like I would be doing something offensive.
It's that personal. That harsh. It took a lot for Silver to bring those words into public view, and I won't trim a single syllable. You need to see what they said. Not me.

So... what can be done?
The bottom line is that Silver needs to put together about $600 in a hurry. (That's the amount of their current Ko-Fi goal, and accounts for PayPal fees plus being over zero once the coming-due bills are paid off.) The link for that account is in their blog post, but I'm going to repeat it here: this link goes to SilverNotes' Ko-Fi page. Silver also has a Patreon, but that can't be the priority right now: that money won't arrive in time, and... this isn't a time to be asking someone to create. Still... look through their story catalog when you can. I recommend starting with The Long Eventide. And for your future story needs, they take commissions: prices are on their userpage.
Artemis...
The situation isn't as bad there, and I can summarize it. Artemis has been trying to clear up their own situation: medical, financial, housing. The works. And they've been doing very well: quite a bit has been stabilized. (It's nowhere near as bad as it was in January.) They've managed to get on Medicaid, and EBT/SNAP/food purchase assistance was just acquired.
That last is actually the current problem. Because while the benefits will come in, they don't start until March 3rd. And until that date arrives, Artemis still needs to eat.
So they're asking for a few dollars to manage groceries.
Artemis is working through PayPal -- zivenskylander@yahoo.com -- and CashApp: $RaiyatheMouse . They also create art, but you'll have to speak to them directly for that. My server is a good place to start there.

I really do hope that you're not about to dive headfirst into a pool of guilt and self-recrimination in the (completely wrong) idea that this mess is somehow your fault, or that you should have spontaneously developed omniscience at exactly the right moment to notice and then stop it from happening. You've quite enough issues of your own without needing to overachieve by taking on the burden of responsibility for everyone else's issues too.
Thank you for letting us know. I'm sorry they're going through it right now. Don't put the blame for the situation on yourself, you're only one person. You can do a lot, but you can't control how other people act.

Estee, please do not beat yourself up over that troll's actions. It doesn't sound like something you could have taken full control of. Only thing you can do now is to strive to make your community more tight-knit and enforce some rules that works for everyone, which is hard for larger servers. This is why I wouldn't be able to manage one that is open to the public. To be honest, I didn't even know you had a Discord, goes to show how out of touch I am with this community.
Also, will be looking into SilverNotes' catalog, I just dropped what I could on their Ko-Fi. Glad that we shattered their goal by 200%.
Lastly, I just realized I wasn't following you. Fixed that immediately. I am not trying to be a lurker on Fimfic smh.
