It's Joever - Spitfire's Day Off · 1:05am January 23rd
The final chapter has been uploaded (quick link here). So what does this mean?
First off, thank you everyone for giving the series a chance. You all are awesome, whether you liked, favorited, commented, or even just simply read it. Thank you.
Second, I've left the opportunity for a sequel to be written to make it a 'triology', so don't think this is the end of Spitfire x Anon from me, but we're going to have to put these two on the back burner while I entertain my other ideas (see below). But yeah, thank you all for giving me feedback and just in general enjoying what I've put out.
With that being said. What's next? What's next for me?
This means I'm back to grinding the remaining of All You Need Is A Helping... Claw?, followed by Spike Hates Himself. I have to get that second fic done, since it hasn't been updated since 2020, and I miss Spike asking Celestia to throw a flaming fastball at his skull.
In-between updates, I do want to write some more one-shots. Diamond Dog fic will probably be first in line, followed by a very entertaining idea involving Rarity... and Twilight. No, they're not shipped, I'm sorry. Not going to spoil it right now in this blog post. Just know, that Rarity fic is going to be absolutely insane. Also, I'm entertaining the idea of writing a Slice of Life involving Anon and Coco-Pommel, but we will see what happens.
With that being said, hope this gives everyone who was waiting for Spitfire's Day Off some closure. Nearly 17k words written for a sequel of a fic that's only 3.5k. I love writing.
