Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, followers!

Christmas this year for my family was...kinda more simple, it felt like. Didn't get a lot, but then I didn't really ask for a lot, I think I've finally hit that age where my Christmas wishlists are minuscule at best. Still, pretty happy with what I got; Jurassic World Evolution 2 and a couple new Superman books to add to my ~~shrine~~ ~~hoard~~ collection, and a Monarch-themed T-Shirt as a bonus surprise gift (Monarch as in the organization from the MonsterVerse). But hey, I'm always thankful for whatever I get around Christmas; it's the thought that counts more than the thing itself.

We've got a day less than a week left until 2024 is upon us. Another new year, another fresh start, another round of rises and falls...and who knows, maybe this'll be the year I finally bring Stallion of Tomorrow to its big conclusion. That'd be nice, wouldn't it?

In the meantime, Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it, Happy Holidays to the ones who celebrate other occasions at this time of year. And may we make peace on Earth and goodwill towards men where we can amidst these perpetually troubled times. Be the Santa you grew up believing in.

"Lots of unhappiness"? Maybe so. But doesn't Santa take a little bit of that unhappiness away? Doesn't a smile on Christmas morning scratch out a tear cried on a sadder day? Not much, maybe. But what would happen if we all tried to be like Santa, and learned to give as only he can give? Of ourselves, our talents, our love, and our hearts. Maybe if we could all learn Santa's beautiful lesson, maybe there would finally be "Peace on Earth, and goodwill toward man."
