With my quest/race to get a Rainbow S on all of Freedom Planet 2's stages, my creativity lit up like a bonfire again, and I started crafting an alternate ending of sorts for the past week.

Yeah. Oddly enough, it wasn't THAT far off from how Hollywood tackles ACTUAL "based on a true story" projects - basically turning the story into a cheesy action movie.
And I do feel bad for Posey getting cast as the villain. Granted, the gang couldn't exactly cast a REAL villain, but still.

Yeah, this is basically Hollywood being Hollywood. Telling stories for entertainment and not to tell the truth.
If Pipp wanted to go the Fox News path, she would have reported on news by using lies and half-truths to pull in a certain targeted demographic, while also showing clear bias to any politician who she could benefit from, all to fulfill a specific agenda.

Pretty much. Generally speaking, an actor would've not only agreed to, but even applied/auditioned for that role. And besides, some actors even enjoy their villain roles.
