Same here. I think Today’s Tell Your Tale was out of date. That, or they just wanted something to shut up the people who were wanting the release of Chapter 6 to be faster.

Definitely a great Halloween-themed episode. And that stuff about "Dragon Tribe" stuff including wisdom and creativity among skills Definitely makes me half-think, half-REALLY hope that an older and wiser Spike is one of the Dragons' elders. But that sort of information probably wouldn't be revealed until pretty late in Make Your Mark Chapter 6 (okay, maybe not THAT late, since it's three episodes PLUS "Secret of Starlight", but you get the idea).

With as long-lived as dragons were throughout all of FiM, I really hope we're getting someone from G4.

Remember that season one of TYT finished production in 2022 (probably not, since no ones talking about it because unlikely the entirety of the low consummate cabal we called PonyTubers I have basic google searching skills), and given that chapter 4's release got pushed back, it's possible that the episodes are going to get very out of sync.

So am I. And, on another note, it was great seeing Misty putting her prior experience with bullies to very good use in the second trial as well as Zipp and Hitch's teamwork in the first trial and the ENTIRE group, including Sparky, working together so well in the final challenge. That was a wonderful catch on Izzy's part.
I feel like this short spoils a lot of what'll be happening when chapter 6 drops next month.
You know, it's funny. For a while, TYT was trying its hardest not to jump ahead of MYM. And now because of a scheduling snafu (well, delays, as Axolotl222 points out), they've jumped ahead anyway. Oops.
I mean, it doesn't spoil much. You get to see some of what dragons are like post G4. And while the G5 Six (that's not going to catch on) are welcome here, they're not exactly being lauded as heroes for saving the dragons from Opaline. Other than that, here be dragons. We already knew that.

With the possible exception of Spike if he's still around, but I'm sure most of his stories about his old pony friends are dismissed as - well - tall tales to entertain the younger dragons.
Ok these are the first time i ever saw g5 clips and I personally hate these dragon designs. Like almost no effort was made to make them distinguished.
I know its meant to be cartoonish and what not but these look atrocious. IDK maybe its me
