During Everfree Northwest this year, Wanderer D invited me to get ramen with him and a few other pony authors. I gladly accepted and the four of us had a lovely time talking about all kinds of subjects both in and out of the fandom. At one point, I mentioned a reference to Sunset's Isekai in an Oversaturated World story and D's ears all but perked up in interest.
He got a physical copy of Oversaturation at the vendor hall's bookstore, one thing led to another, and the tale of not-a-god Sunset's first visit to the Bar at the Corner of the Omniverse can now be enjoyed by all here. No familiarity with the series should be necessary to enjoy the two.
Also, as a behind-the-scenes bonus, here are my suggestions for chapter titles that D didn't opt for:

• Apotheosis for Dummies
• Introduction to Applied Theology
• What if God Was One of Us?
• Ah! Megami-Shimmer!
• Are You There, Sunset? It's Me, Sunset
That one hit me right in the nostalgia bones.
If I can *ever* get to the end of the current arc in Letters From a Little Princess Monster, I'd be tempted to write a Sunset's Isekai chapter.
