Reader's Notes: Another month of successful readings! I have a spooky selection planned for October, and hopefully, a special in time for Halloween! I'm at 83 subscribers, so if you haven't subscribed already, I'd really appreciate it!

Author's Notes: I've been steadily working on The Blue Queen piece by piece, though I still need to make a cover for it. I'm also planning on expanding upon some original characters I have (Equestrians, I promise) this month, including those you all haven't seen before, but I don't know of any of that will make it to publishing. The good news is I have a story to publish for this coming month - the following story set in Lazlo, VA after last year's Night Run.
And after October is NaNoWriMo. And with NaNoWriMo comes my project...

Vaguely remember The Shark and the Kraken and What Lies Beneath that I brought up in my two-parter July report? Yeah, I plan on making them my NaNoWriMo project combined. A work of fanfiction with the effort of a novel--what I'm calling a proto-novel--and it's counterpart. If it doesn't make 50,000 words, well, I'll see if I can add some other things. The hard part is getting my creativity to focus. That's how I wound up with a dozen stories my first NaNoWriMo.
It's going to involve a lot of note taking and planning. I just hope there's something coherent at the end.
