The reason I did not include the other 3 Princesses before was because I felt I didn't have to... Since Twilight has all that power, so must they. It would be no different.
Also...
THIS... is where I got a long list of Twilight's powers and abilities. I couldn't seem to find one for the other 3 alicorns (They don't seem to have any on this site) I need a VERY LONG list of their abilities...
But like I said before, Twilight does all those things... so do they, it's no different.
But since people are being foolish morons (As I knew they would) May as well do what I can

It's all I could find, and they seem to be incomplete (As is hinted by the grammar/spelling errors and incorrect info)... but that doesn't seem to matter.

Telekinesis: Celestia's horn glow when moving objects with her magic.
"Want it, need it" Spell: In Lesson Zero, Celestia dispels this spell from a massive amount of ponies at once.
Magic Beam Emission: Celestia can shoot concussive blasts from her horn.
Teleportation: Princess Celestia can disappear and reappear anywhere she wishes.
Force-Field: Celestia can create a force-field to protect herself and others.
Protection Spell: Princess Celestia was able to cast a spell on the Elements of Harmony that will repel Discord's magic.
Enhanced Strength: Celestia/Luna has shown to very strong with or without her magic.
ยทLove Inducement: Cadance can make ponies fall in love with each other.
Crystal Generation: Candace was able to create crystals to cover and fix the broken water pipe.
...As I suspected: No different than what was in Twilight's list, and that means...
Not effective/useful on/against Celesto:
So even if all four Princesses team up against him... No avail. (They just aren't powerful enough)
Hercule is Twilight/Celestia/Luna/Cadance... or heck, even Bulky bicipes.
Punches the strength machine... 137 Pts at best.
Android 18/Starla... even while holding back scores impressively.
Then come the others... even Krysta scores higher, and she's only 5-7 inches tall.
Then Lightning tries, and he punches the machine clear across the field!
The fact is that despite how much stronger Chelesto is than Twilight, I know that Twilight could defeat Chelesto in a One-Hit KO. And I wouldn't have to break any of Mykan's rules to do so. Twilight could simply manifest a flexible bubble shield in Grand Ruler's windpipe, cutting off his air supply. It bypasses Chelesto's magic-proof skin by sending the magic through the mouth/nostrils, allowing an unrestricted path without having to go through skin. Making a flexible bubble shield means that it can contort to the shape of the windpipe. After all, I assume Chelesto still needs to breath. I suppose Chelesto could cast a counterspell or an anti-magic spell. But that would require that he admits that there is a way to defeat him. And even that can be bypassed (though it would take the "One-Hit" part out of the "One-Hit KO"). It takes time and focus to cast a spell. With being oxygen deprived, that would make it harder for him to focus on the magic, ensuring that it takes longer to cast the spell. While he's casting the spell, it could be disrupted by a punch to the gut, perhaps courtesy of Keyblade Master Link (shoutout to Link and Storyteller and their role play session for giving me that idea). And even if Chelesto attempted to attack Twilight to disrupt her spell, the fact is that a bubble shield spell can continue to be maintained without the caster's input. Then it's only a matter of time before Chelesto passes out from oxygen deprivation. Whether Twilight wants to go full assassination attempt is up to her, but a KO still means Twilight won the battle.

Uh-uhn... won't work. (and I can make it so Celesto doesn't even NEED to cast a counter-spell)
Here's an example...
3:24 That parasite may have entered Yuya's brain and attempt to control him at 3:48... BUT...
3:58 The evil aura of Z-Arc overpowers the parasite and destroys it. (Yuya is too strong to be controlled)
The same thing would happen with Celesto... if you try to make your magic enter his body through his nostrils or his ears, or anything... his inner body and aura is so tough and powerful, that Twilight's magic would be canceled out instantly before it could even get close. (She isn't strong enough)
...Just how I PREFER it.
Even if the four princesses combined their might together for one SUPER BLAST...
-Celesto will just stand there and TAKE IT without even a scratch to show for it
-Absorb the blast and repel it right back at them.
-Intercept it with his own magic and send it flying up, up, up, where it explodes harmlessly into the sky
The truth is, right at the RING of the starting bell, Celesto could easily knock all 4 of them out in a split second before they even have a chance to blink their eyes. (He's just letting them knock themselves out to humor them, and show how ineffective they truly are)
...Just how I PREFER it.
Bottomline: Just as I thought... I didn't really have to include the other 3 Princesses (It's all the same stuff)
What a waste of time.
And for the record, I really don't give much a thing for the TIERS of power... all I care about is fulfilling my preferences-- IE: Twilight VS Celesto is like Hercule VS Cell (She never had a chance)
