    I Live!

But I’m on a buttload of drugs and am going to pass out.

Surgery went great, even better than expected. I’ll elaborate more later.

    Until next time!

Some Art I've Been Wanting For a While, and an Update · 12:52am Dec 1st, 2022

Heya, Folks!

So I'm sure by now you know I like commissioning artists, whether it's for story art or art just because. Well one thing I've been trying to get my hands on for a while—something some of you may have seen plenty of and others may not have seen at all—is one of those side-by-side two-personality pictures for Cotton, but I haven't been able to find someone willing to take her on. However, I'm happy to say that the awesome Mychelle was up to the challenge…

I mean, come on, Cotton is just so perfect for something like this, is she not? Anyway, I'm not gonna tag DaD and not give some kind of update, so—

I am making teeny bits of progress, little by little. Sometimes I'm able to continue PaN (A Patient and Her Nurse, the prequel) where I need to, other times pieces that will come later. Sometimes I'm also able to work on future parts of DaD— I actually got a little spark earlier today and managed to get a little bit down.
We are in the middle of Jinglemas, though, so that will likely pull my attention away for a little while.

The point is that I want to reassure everyone that the story is not dead. Far from it. And when it comes back, it'll come back with a vengeance. As of the moment, this is my plan: After everything is edited—and unfortunately that will take a LONG time, so you'll need to be patient a little longer when I get to that point, but I'll tell you when I've gotten there—you'll get PaN first. It'll be multi-chapter and will update daily until completion. After that, depending on the day the final chapter is posted, DaD will continue the following week, and will update twice weekly (after how long you've been waiting it isn't fair for you to only get one chapter per week). I'm still figuring out the days to pick, but most likely it'll be Tuesday and Friday, since Tuesdays were my update day when I was still publishing weekly. Depending on my mood (or if I screw something up like I did that one time) I may post a third chapter, but don't count on those. I want these chapters to last for a little while so I might hopefully be able to write past the last chapter I'll have in this set (it's a long set). It's been taking me so long to write this current set that I've barely even thought about what's past it save for what I have in my outline.

Okay, I think that's it for now. Though there'll be another completely unrelated blog tomorrow— can't have 'em in the same post.

Until next time!
