Note: I will be discussing the plot in depth, especially the ending, so if you think you may not want to know what happens, please keep that in mind.

Thoughts, opinions? I'm of the mind that it's a far better trailer than the first. It has convinced me that the movie might not be completely execrable. (There are at least three funny lines in this one!) I still won't see it in theaters, but I feel my panties untwisting slightly. :B

Chromosome, author of the classic White Box, is back with a foray into noir! If the title turns you off, I say, give it a look, because you may very well be charmed by the narrative voice. He's really got the brooding noir detective down pat.

Fillies and gentlecolts, we have a whopping 21 stories this time, clocking in at 151k words. That's an average of 7,226 words each.
In the interests of clearing my mind prior to editing my writeoff entry, I read a few things!
Super Amazing Rocket Sled of Awesome by The Descendent

I was about to start in on my writeoff entry (I am gonna crash and burn so hard, I shouldn't even be attempting this), but then I realized, oh! It's the last day of the month. Time for this!
So usually what I do when I have time to read something is go into my to-read list, set whatever word maximum I think I can read in the next X minutes, and scroll ahead to the earliest posted story that comes up. In this case, however, I noticed Love.Sick at the top of a page while searching back, and, well... It’s just high time I read this.
I wasn't gonna post about this story until my State of the Writer on Friday, but someone pointed out that the link to the song wasn't working. I've fixed it (I think the problem was it was a youtu.be link).
Here's an embed for anyone who might have wanted to hear it but couldn't.
