This story is a sequel to Creatures in the Dark

After a murder in the town of Ponyville, private investigator Clue Finder is tasked by Princess Celestia to find and retain the murderer with the assistance of the Third Ponyville guard detachment. But some things are hidden in ones shadow, and secrets that can be held and hidden. Some things look different in the dark than they look in the light.

Princess Celestia. The all loving, pure, goddess of the sun and ruler of Equestria, must make a deal with an dark force unknown to time itself to protect her former student, Twilight Sparkle. The being in return, sends a guardian to protect Twilight. This guardian is not what Celestia expected.

NOTE: this story is just a side project, and might have a sporadic update schedule.

Darkness, something to assist the day-walkers in sleep and restoration while being a cloak and ally for the night-walkers. Ponies, being day-walkers, have a natural fear of the dark, some even get made fun of for it. But it may not be for the dark itself... but for what lurks within it.
